Situated on the ground level. We have no adjoining walls in the Great Room which ensures an extra level of privacy.
We have a private 6 person hot tub on our private deck off the great room. The steam shower in the main bathroom is suitable for 2 people.
The Powder Den is situated in an exclusive area of luxury Chalets. We are the only condo in Rockridge Estates and our views are of the distant Monashee Mountains and the snow covered Chalets. Our building is a new 5 star building with heated underground parking and locked ski storage.

We are a 5-minute walk to Town Centre or the Happy Valley Day Lodge where you will find restaurants, ski classes, lift tickets, clothing and gift shops. Just outside our back door is a groomed and lighted ski/walk run that will lead you directly to Town Centre or Happy Valley and the Gondola.

about us
Your Hosts, Doug and Cheryl, purchased the Powder Den in April '07 and spent the summer at Big White getting everything ready for the ski season which was quite a task since the condo was brand new and empty! We live on Vancouver Island in the small township of Sooke and operated a B&B from our oceanfront home for 10 years. We are now renting our home as a vacation rental and when guests are enjoying our island home we stay up at the Powder Den and enjoy the mountain ambience. We hope you enjoy our Mountain home as much as we do~enjoy!
